Interior finish quantities from the plan's DESIGNED residential room graph (the A-105 finish plan source): per room the floor and ceiling finish area is the room polygon area (a DECLARED flat ceiling equal to the floor — no vaults, soffits, or sloped ceilings modeled), and the wall finish area is the room perimeter × the declared 10.5 ft story height (no deduction for openings; each room counts its own full perimeter, so both faces of a shared partition are finished). The floor-finish CODE is the room's OWN declared decor selection (a default-by-room-type planning convention where none was authored — not a product, SKU, or coordinated selection); a room with no finish is UNSCHEDULED, never invented. Dormer drip edges shed onto the host roof below rather than into a gutter run and are EXCLUDED (identified by the engine's own dormer_wall junctions). Downspout count applies the declared spacing convention per gutter run. Gutter profile/size, downspout sizing, leaders, and splash blocks are not modeled.
